Import from standard project sheet to agile sheet

I had created a new standard sheet with all stories with estimates for my backlog. However, I discovered agile template set after that and I have created Backlog and Sprint planner. Is there a way to import stories and estimates from the standard sheet into the new agile sheet?

If you Copy or Move Row, any matching Columns will have the data from the source sheet. Any Columns that did not exist yet in the destination sheet will be added on the right side of the Sheet.

This is probably that best you can hope for.
