Sharing without notifications

Is there a way to share a sheet without sending an email notification?

I had planned on sharing 2 sheets, one for input and the other to see the input of others, however I received feedback that sharing 2 sheets is causing confusion. I would therefore like to hyperlink the group input sheet to the individual sheets so that only 1 sheet needs to be shared. Unfortunately, they will only have access to link if the group sheet has been shared, so I still have the same problem with sharing multiple sheets. 

If anyone has a work around, I'd very much appreciate it!

To remove the notification, on the Sheet Sharing dialog, uncheck the "Notify People" checkbox (defaults to checked)

When sharing your sheet. Twirl down the invitation options and then uncheck the notify people button. I've added a screenshot for you to review as well.
