Hello,
What is the best way (if any) to do the attached view in Smartsheet? I would like to show status of projects during the month.
Thanks
Michal
Hi Michal,
You could use cell-linking or a report. It depends on your use case.
Unfortunately, it isn't possible inside Smartsheet to get different sections on one row if that's what you want.
I hope this helps you!

Michal,
Andrée is correct. There is also no way to differentiation coloring of the Gantt chart if the data was on a single row.
I'm curious where the image comes from and the process rules around the coloring. In the past, I have seen something like
[Yellow]-[Green]-[Grey]
and
[Yellow]-[Grey]-[Red]-[Green]
but yours repeats colors, so it isn't based on phases (I assume)

Thanks Craig, this is a power point slide, the colors show the status of the project at the specific month.
Thanks Andree
Happy to help!

Hi all, I’m looking to get more up to speed with Smartsheet timelines, especially features like Gantt charts, dependencies, milestones, and overall timeline best practices. I’ve already built out one sheet and understand the basics, but I’d love to learn more about the tips, tricks, and best practices that more experienced…
We changed from an enterprise licence to specific accounts. I have a licence and setup a workspace for our global team to edit and collaborate across various sheets. I granted editor can share rights to all non licensed members and shared the publish link with them. This has worked well and allowed them to edit cells,…
While reviewing a timeline created several days ago I realized that successor tasks are suddenly starting the same day predecessor tasks are ending. For example, Task A ends on 4/10/26 and task B begins on 4/10/26. Previously, task B would begin the following day, in this case 4/13/26 because Saturday and Sunday are non…
