Customize Option in Row Send?

Hi there!

I'm testing out the row send feature. This page says there's a "customize" option, but I don't see it. I see the "layout" option when one row is selecting. What am I missing?

At the end of the day, I'd like to know if there's a way to suppress the name of the sheet in the email that sends using this feature.

When you open up the Send dialog, there is an [Edit] button. You can choose which columns are being sent. You can also change the Email subject and message.

I know of no way to remove the Sheet name from the email.

Every month I have to send 78 work order numbers to 21 vendors. My current process is that I have an email template in Outlook that I open and copy past the work orders for the corresponding vendor into the email and send. Does Smartsheet have a way to automate this process?
