How do I make Hours the default for this column?

Unfortunately Days is the only default for the duration column.

Hi Smartsheet experts, I'm building a workflow with a segment that should trigger when there is a change on ANY of the column fields. For some reason the Trigger will not leave it open ended. What could be happening?
Primary Column in Reporting
Is there a way to not have the Primary Column be graphed onto a dashboard (but instead pull the data from a different column to be graphed), without changing which column is the primary? Thanks!
