Not sure what you mean but I think that you're asking about how to show data already present in the sheet in the form.
Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment.

If you could clarify a bit though we may be able to help.
What I believe are asking for is conditional logic in the Form
(if user selects "A" from first list, only show "X","Y","Z" for second list.
Smartsheet's Forms do not have this feature.
You can use third party Form Builders to handle complex things like this.
