If you are working remotely, you may need to VPN in to ensure secure file transfer. This is the case for us. Once we log in to VPN files will attach.

Thanks @Paul Newcome this helped me! I was having difficulty uploading PDFs and tried everything else on here. I logged off Smartsheet, cleared my Chrome cache & cookies for All Time, then logged back in and magically I can now upload PDFs to rows!
