Hi. After four weeks of scrolling not working, I was on the verge of quitting Smartsheet altogether, seriously. BUT, I just tried the Pinterest recommendation (all the other recs I'd seen were for the Logitech extension, which I've never had) and it worked. I'm not jazzed that I had to remove it, but it worked.
