check your alerts to make sure the frequency is set to right away instead of daily. If you still didn't get the email, contact [email protected]

Also, make sure that the general settings for Alerts & Actions are set to the right level.

This happened to me too. Perhaps a bug that came with the new changes?
Anyway it ended up working for me when I opened the notification settings again, unchecked my criteria and then re-checked them.

I set the frequency to "right away." I did send a request for help to support. Thank you for your reply.

Thanks for your reply. I had set the security level to "Restrictive." I only want other shared users to get alerts. Is there a setting I need to change on the other users I'm sending alerts to?

I take back what I wrote.
My alerts go out if it sends out all of the columns. But if I check off specific columns to go out, they do not.
Support is still looking into it.
