Is it possible that a collaborator enters the form the Smartsheet automatic detect it, take his name or mail and shows it inside the form?

Yes, if they are logged in to their Smartsheet account or if the different collaborators have their own links to the form.

Are you trying to have the person's name populated on the sheet when the form is submitted? If so, you just need to have a place on the form (column in the sheet) for the name to be entered.
