I would like to sort my rows by soonest date automatically. I can do it manually but my issue is when other people have a filter on and save it scrambles the whole sort so i have to manually sort everytime to priorities rows.
any ideas?

I have about 15 people in the office updating order status, looking to lock in priority by the due date. would a report be the best option for them to update and still keep conditional formatting in formulas?
It's not as flexible but the conditional formatting will show in the reports. Do the people only work with their assigned tasks or similar?
Is it possible to auto-populate an email domain in a field where people are asked to enter their email address? For example, I would like users to only have to type their name, without needing to enter anything after the “@” symbol, to reduce the chance of personal email addresses being entered.
