IF, And, Not

Please, I need help with a formula.

If the status is NOT Complete and the Due Date is IN THE PAST, "Missed". Otherwise it should indicate "On Track".

Criteria:

Status: NOT "Complete", AND Defined Due Date: "In the past", "Missed"

Status: NOT "Complete", AND Defined Due Date: "In the future", "On Track"
