Just wondering why some of my contacts have photos and other not. It should be received from Gmail accounts ??. so why not all contact list photos are available.

In order for profile images to appear for someone, that person needs to set up an image in their own Smartsheet account, as part of their personal profile.
Whether you see the images also depends on the profile visibility settings. The images are visible by default, but users or their sysadmins can choose to hide them.
