Other than logging into the community website are there other ways to follow and read posts? Can I somehow pull the community posts into outlook? Or are there apps for phone and tablets? Thanks!

I suggest checking out the Community digests. Subscribing will send the information directly to your inbox at a frequency chosen by you. You can opt into notifications when comments are added to discussions that you are following, new announcements and discussions are created, and weekly highlights identified.
From the Community, visit your profile page and select Notifications at the top of the page.
