Our Gnatt time display is set to weeks but when I print the sheet the Gnatt time display is displaying Quarters. Is there a way to ensure that the printed sheet will have the gnatt timeline in weeks?
Hi Robin, there are a couple possibilities for this. First, are you saving your sheet after setting the Gantt chart to weeks and before printing? Smartsheet will print however the sheet was at the save.
Second, are you an Editor on the sheet (you can view this through the Sharing tab at the bottom of the sheet)? Editors cannot save some structural changes in the sheet, including the zoom level of the Gantt chart. If you are an editor then you can zoom in and out of the Gantt but that setting is not saved. The saved zoom setting of a printed Gantt chart will be however it was most recently saved by an Admin or the owner of the sheet.
