Why is the 'Sharing Status' sometimes in bold green and sometimes in regular black text? Why does each text format signify?

It looks like this is in a sheet and then it's most likely conditional formatting rules that change the appearance.

The screen shot is from the 'Favorites' item on the Home tab.
I click on the Favorites item to view the sheets I have marked as favorites. 'Sharing Status' is a column on the resulting screen.
It lists my sheets and the second column is "Sharing Status." I am trying to decipher what this column is used for and why the different fonts.

If I need the value from a Summary Sheet, to link it to the Intake sheet, is this how it should look like at the control center?
I have a report that is referencing a control center program. Other users that are setup as leads on the program and have the same admin permissions I do are able to edit the Group, Filter, Summarize and Sort settings of this report, but I can not. When I click the Columns button it just says "Loading" and even if I leave…
