One column is not populating from my form
I have a pretty straightforward form set up but one field (one column) is not populating into my sheet for some reason. It's a contact field with dropdown options. It shows the dropdown and lets me select values, but when I submit, they don't show up in the sheet, although all the other columns do.
I've tried deleting and recreating both the form and the column, but I'm still having the same error. Can't figure out if I'm doing something wrong or if it's a bug. I have another sheet with a similar form and column that is working fine.

Hi Megan,
Thanks for reporting this. There's currently a known issue where forms with a contact field (with "Allow multiple contacts per cell" checked) can omit the contact data if the form also contains an attachment field, or if the contact field is hidden in the form. We plan to resolve the issue this week.

UPDATE: After some experimentation, it looks like this problem only occurs when I have an attachment field in the form. Once I remove the attachment field, the contact field works again. This seems like a bug to me, but does anyone have any ideas...?

No, it has pre-populated contacts, but is not restricted to those contacts. I just tried restricting the column to see if that would help, but it didn't change the outcome.

I am having this same issue (case # 03448293 ). I do have an attachment option on my form. Was this bug fixed?
