I want to schedule a progress meeting and to occur automatically on weekly basis. How can I do that?
Reoccuring tasks is not a feature in Smartsheet.
I suggest that you create a Hierarchy at the top of the project called Progress meetings, insert the meetings as individual tasks with tier respective dates and times.
This hierarchy can then be collapsed and expanded as required. Set up alerts to alert people of the meekings 2 days prior or what ever is most suitable in your organisation.
