A coworker just got a response in about 24 hours earlier this week...
well mine has been 5 days.....still nothing, let me know what your coworkers secret is.
I'm not sure. I personally never go more than 24 hours without a response either (not including weekends and holidays of course).
I sent in the same support request again and was given another case number yesterday...i'm trying to send out a scheduled file attachment which has worked in the past.
But its now showing this error:

I have a Pro plan but I cannot create ANY reports. The system does not allow me to choose a folder, and consequently a sheet to create a row report and suggests an upgrade to Business or Enterprise. I'm quite new to Smartsheet and feel a bit disappointed with this limitation, or maybe I'm just doing something wrong. Alberto
