Desperate help with "error message"

Hi All,

I’m receiving the below error message when trying to setup a scheduled “send as attachment”

formName: ajax

formAction: fa_scheduledUpdateSave

serverStatus: false

serverStatusText: CriticalException

errorCode: 6

It tells me to log out and back in again which I’ve done numerous times, but still the same error occurs.

I’ve contacted support twice now since 22nd October, but have received no replies despite having case numbers.

This is causing me big issues as many team members are reliant on the information being sent out. It used to work but has suddenly stopped for no reason that I can see.

Has anyone come across this issue before or any ideas of how to resolve it.
