Notifications showing changes made from Update Requests
I have set up automatic Update Requests when certain changes have been made to my sheet.
When the individual completes the Update request they receive another notification showing the changes that they have just made.
Is there a way to stop these notification?

Hi Dave,
You'll have to adjust/update the rule that triggers the update request to not include the change from it.
What's triggering the rule? Upload a screenshot if you can because that's helpful and make it easier to help.

I can not see where these are on the Alerts and Actions.
I have added some screen shots of the rule that is set up and the emails that are received.
