Smartsheet form is embedded into our web page, where we have our users registered. How can we include their user id into Hidden field.

You will need to ask them to login to Smartsheet or depending on how many users you have? Create a form for each user that contains their unique id. Depends how clever or selective your "other system" is?

Smartsheet forms now have an option to require users to be logged into Smartsheet and will track the name of who filled out the form. You can use this to see who filled out the form and could build a formula which can show a user ID based on who filled out the form.

Thank you for proposals. I can not ask for Smartsheet registration, since this visitors to our Web App are not involved with Smartsheet and do not need to know about it. The form is used as registration to event. Usage od Smartsheet is hidden from average user.

I need to transfer already available UserID from our existing logic into Hidden field in Smartsheet form.

Frenk, that is certainly possible. You can add hidden fields to any web form. You will need a separate web form for each user (each form will have the unique UserID). 

 

To hide a field, select it in the web form editor and on the right panel select the Hidden Field option.

It sounds like you need a system integration tool to move data from your Website login area into smartsheet which is easy enough but I suspect that if you reviewed your whole system it could be made much simpler by using the right form to start with, eg a Google Conditional logic form which will populate Smartsheet for you. Other choices are available...

Or you could just ask them to confirm their preferences of name email address /mobile ? so removing all your challlenges?
