Horizontal Axis Maximum Range

Does anyone know how to alter the horizontal axis range? I have a chart that is displaying percentages but the horizontal axis maximum percent is set to 120% so pieces of the project are looking as though they are not complete. I tried stretching the chart out and making it smaller, nothing works. In excel you usually have the option to edit the axis minimum and maximum bounds manually.

It's weird that the charts automatically add extra steps. I noticed this behaviour in a chart I created for counting people's tasks. It added extra steps to show more than the highest count. I wonder if/why Smartsheets designed it that way.

I was unable to edit the chart to make it show the highest number as the max. Please submit a product enhancement request about this.
