For sometime I have had issues opening some tabs within our company smart sheet application.
I had tried various ideas to try and resolve the issue.
I have 4 tabs which I have been given access, in the beginning they opened just fine, it's in reason months I have had issues opening them. So the owner of the smartsheet just gave me access to two new tabs and these open just fine.
I have contacted our IT department and they cannot figure out what the issue may be, I think it my computer, because I can go to another computer and log into smartsheet and open any tab just fine.
I am running IE 11 and we have tried Chrome and I get the same issue.
All I seem to get is the spinning donut when trying to open a tab, the session times out and I can then get to the home tab and download each sheet from there but this is not what I need, I need to see the attachments to the rows that others have entered.
Can someone please think of a solution to work around this? I t department have tried all sorts of things and nothing is working.
