unable to sum numbers based on date criteria

Hi,

currently i'm trying to sum up numbers against different dates. here i have different numbers for same date, hence would like to sum up those numbers against a specific date which is my criteria.

i'm not getting the final sum instead formula showing zero.

can anybody help me.

here is the formula i used.

=SUM(COLLECT({Smart Sheet for EmpProd Range 4}, {Smart Sheet for EmpProd Range 2}, "11/17/2018"))

where, EmpProd Range 4 is the column of numbers, EmpProd Range 2 is the date column

=SUMIFS({Smart Sheet for EmpProd Range 4}, {Smart Sheet for EmpProd Range 2}, @cell = DATE(2018, 11, 17))
