Capture Timestamps Before They Change

Is there a way to save a date that something occurs? We have rows that get changed constantly, and the status balls change from Green to Red to Yellow to Gray. Any way we can capture the date that a row's status ball changes to Red, even if it later changes to other colors?

Hi,

You could check the cell history or the activity log to see when the changes happened.

Depending on your needs something could be set up with the help of Zapier or similar service, but the easiest solution would be to look at the functions already included in Smartsheet.

No, we need the dates to show in the cells so we can use that for more formulas and reports.
