Can someone help me.. Will I select a option in Forms ( Tax applicable- Yes or No) If I click on Yes I should populate bring Country option to select and when I select No..its should not populate country option..

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment to use conditions in forms.
There are third party solutions that would work.

I've rebuilt my form at least five times and for the life of me cannot figure out why it will not trigger. I've tried to test and run it several times to no avail. Any tips would be very helpful. I was able to successfully trigger once, now nothing at all for a week.
I have an automation that will send a request for an update to a supplier about a complaint. There are fields that the supplier needs to see to understand the issues. But, I would like to be able to lock those down so that the supplier cannot change the information in those fields. Is this possible? Freda
