Publish sheet without comments

Is there a way to have the indent feature but to hide comments on a published sheet?

I have a sheet that I want to share by publishing but I don't want comments to be visible because they contain sensitive data. I am using the indent feature which allows rows to be expanded and collapsed to show/hide rows. I see that I can publish "Read Only - Full" to allow users to make use of the indented rows but this makes the comments visible. If I use "Read Only - HTML" then these indented rows are not accessible.

I think the best option would be to use the "Read Only - HTML" and hide the Comments column.

I did notice that I could publish "Read Only - Full" and hide the column. However, I don't like the idea or relying on that column to be hidden since this sheet is edited by a group.

I guess I'm looking for another way to hide comments whether it be a check box when the publishing "Read Only - Full" or expand/contract functionality when using "Read Only - HTML".
