Can you create automated alerts to contact clients each time you enter a new clients information in the system?

    Take a look at the Alerts at the bottom of the sheet.

    Notifications can be set up for persons to recieve emails when things change (like a check box that is "New Client Info Entered"). 


    Depending on what you want your client to see, this might be what you are looking for. If it isn't, can you be more specific on your needs?
