There have been quite a few changes since I got certified. When I was going through it though, the written portion of the test could get a little tricky at points, but was overall not too terrible as long as I took my time. The practical portion (in my opinion) was actually pretty easy because they give you a checklist to follow. Both are "open book" and both have unlimited attempts.
My best recommendation would be to take your time and use your resources.

Its very frustrating when you are adding multiple columns and having to use the slide bar to move to the end and then click the 3 dots and add another column. Seems there has to be an easier more productive way.
