setting up a user for the 2nd time
I am trying to set up a new user xxxx.xxxxx1@nhs.net, he was originally set up at xxxxx.xxxxx@nhs.net, but was deleted as he didn’t need it anymore.
He now has a need to use Smartsheet again, but now has a new email address, which is the same but with a no 1 after this name. But when I put in the new email it comes up with the message below:-
Any help would be greatly received?

What is the error message you get when you set up a new user?
Deleting the account does not release the email from it but instead closes the account with the email. The user will still be able to log in to Smartsheet as a free collaborator, but their account will no longer be associated with the business account.
If you receive an error message stating that the address can't be added, then the user can use the third email trick to release their email address associated to the account.

Resetting a user's password can be done via this link:
Password Reset Page: https://app.smartsheet.com/b/pwdOnce released, you will be able to add his email to your current account.
