RYG Balls associated with Dates

I have search and tried multiple expressions and cant seem to get things to work correctly.

I have columns:

Estimated Start Date

Actual Start Date

Estimated Completion

Current Finish Date

Actual Completion Date

 

What I would like is the RYG Ball to be blank for any row that does not contain an [actual start date].

Green if [actual completion] has date populated

Yellow if [Today] is within 5 days of [Estimated completion]

Red if Today is past the [Estimated completion]

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

=IF(ISBLANK([Actual Start Date]@row), "", IF(ISBLANK([Actual Completion]@row), IF([Estimated Completion]@row < TODAY(), "Red", IF([Estimated Completion]@row < TODAY(5), "Yellow", "")), "Green"))

Thanks!  You helped tremendously.  

The only thing that was not working was the yellow ball showing up if the estimated completion was within 5 days of today.
