The "Current User" sees no rows in a Dashboard Report.
However, when he clicks on that report in the Dashboard (the underlying report comes up through the EDIT INTERACTION" feature) the user is able to see all rows there.
What am I doing wrong here?

If you're using the Current user criterion in your report, the Report widget on the Dashboard will always display tasks assigned to the person that added it to the dashboard. This would be a great opportunity to submit a Product Enhancement Request (you’ll find a link to this here in Community under Quick links on the right).

One of our employees recently got married and changed her name. She now has a new email address. What is the best way to update this in the Admin Center? If I add the new email as an alternate email, can I make that one the primary? Will this impact any assets that are owned by her?
