Please can someone help me with a way to indicate the conclusion date of a task, automatically?
Once I have a status set as finished, I need the current date to be "locked" on a cell and no changed/updated anymore.
Hi Guilherme,
You would probably need to use a third-party solution like Zapier or similar for this.
A possible workaround could be to lock the row automatically with Alerts & Actions.
Would any of those options work?
Have a fantastic week!

You might consider changing up the process. We started using Actual Start and Actual End date columns to determine whether a project was Not started, In Progress, or complete. We then applied a formula to the Status column and locked it down so that a status couldn't be changed manually and overwrite the formula.
=IF(AND(ISBLANK([Actual Finish]@row), ISBLANK([Actual Start]@row)), "Not Started", IF(ISDATE([Actual Finish]@row), "Complete", IF(ISDATE([Actual Start]@row), "In Progress")))

None of my forms are in English so the message is…

I have a dynamic view setup for a dashboard that has NO restrictions And on the Sharing tab, I have a Group that I created as the additional share access to the view But the individuals in the Group still cannot see the data from the dashboard. Am I missing something? Because when I share the view to them individually…
