Please can someone help me with a way to indicate the conclusion date of a task, automatically?
Once I have a status set as finished, I need the current date to be "locked" on a cell and no changed/updated anymore.
Hi Guilherme,
You would probably need to use a third-party solution like Zapier or similar for this.
A possible workaround could be to lock the row automatically with Alerts & Actions.
Would any of those options work?
Have a fantastic week!

=IF(AND(ISBLANK([Actual Finish]@row), ISBLANK([Actual Start]@row)), "Not Started", IF(ISDATE([Actual Finish]@row), "Complete", IF(ISDATE([Actual Start]@row), "In Progress")))

I have a dashboard series of reports that have the sum of all room populations for the specified spaces in the report summary. Is there a way to capture the summary from these reports? I want to have a text box that displays these sums… I am trying to avoid having to setup yet another helper column to count up these spaces.
