For some reason, we are not receiving alerts on one of our desk top computors when new data is entered.... yet we do receive alerts when date is entered into the same sheet on a different computor.
Fist check is to make sure that the person receiving the alerts is not the same person as is making the Alert Changes. The system only tells you when somone else makes changes?
Check the email address which is receiving mail from alerts is correctly set up on the PC you are not happy with?
I can assure you it wont be a Smartsheet system fault.
