Integrated/schedule roll-up

Hello all.

So, I am new to the SmartSheet world and some help on building an integrated program portfolio view. I searched around the help and community, but did not totally find what I need.

I can create almost what I need. Here is the Excel (attached, could not embed) view of what I would like to create in SmartSheet.

I have a sheet for each project and can create a report or dashboard view but I cannot get all the details that are being requested.

Can anyone help?

Thanks for the reply. Well, maybe you know the drill, but i was not allowed to provide any details, company private etc etc etc.

Each project has a sheet, then i created a report view but never found a way to create the view or a dashboard for my requirement.

Ok, maybe this will help (or not),

In the attached view, I am trying to have the sub-task milestones roll-up to the parent task line. This is easy to do in MS Project. The attached view was done in MS Project first then imported to SS.

Does SS support such an item? Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, that's not possible in Smartsheet at the moment.

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.

There's also a third-party solution that might be able to import and create something similar.
