Is there a way to tell if someone has viewed a sheet that you have given them access to if they do not make any changes to the sheet?
Kim,
Not unless you "catch" them while you are viewing the sheet too.
Craig
Hi Kim,
if you have access to the account administration, you can go there and have a look at "User Management".
Click on "More actions" and the download the sheet access report.
Best regards
Stefan
Unfortunately, these two solutions don't let me see what people accessed the sheet, only that they can acces the sheet.
I need to know who has looked at it, and who hasn't
Hi Kim, there isn't a feature that shows you who has viewed a sheet - unless they make a change.
I will pass your suggestion for this feature to our Product team for consideration in future development.
We have an Activity Feed feature on our product roadmap that will provide an audit log of all activity on a sheet, including who viewed it. We'll add your vote to it.
Thank you for the feedback.

Is this feature going to be added ?
Alan, we dont typically guarantee a feature will be added or not. What I can say is there are plans to add an activity feed which would likely incorporate a similar feature.
I dont have a timeframe for when this might be released - our product roadmap is the best place to see what we are working on: https://www.smartsheet.com/product-roadmap
