+1 for me too.
We use this program to share information between projects. One of the ways to encourage people to share is if they know that what they are putting into the system is benefitting someone.
If i could tell these people: "Hey, your notes are important, see here that your sheet was accessed 100 times last month by other teams" then I can really boost the buy-in of the users.

Can we get a status update on this feature? Is it on the roadmap for a specific release? -

This feature has been added but you need to be a license holder and have certain admin rights (I believe). I have a business plan with SS and I'm a license holder and I have this Activity Log feature.
