How can I create column which could by readable by defined users

If your users are Viewers or Editors, you could lock and hide the column.

However, that is prone to error, if a person with Admin rights unhides the column and then saves the data.
Best would be to create a separate sheet (in a workspace that users can't access) for this sort of information.
I had several such sheets for my team - and created links between the sheets and linked between data I wanted me and my team to be able to see so it was maintained in one place.
