I am a premium account user.I have installed mobile app which is working well.But when I upload mobile photos to smartsheet rows it takes infinite and never completes uploading.Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Hello - Are you using wifi or a cellular network? If you are using a cellular network, try using wifi or vice versa. Do you have trouble uploading files to any other app or website through your phone?
I'm having the same issue. Can't upload photos from Android app.
