Harvey Balls not changing

Why aren't my balls changing color? Here is my formula

=IF([% Complete]2 < 50, "Red", IF([% Complete]2 = 100, "Green", "Yellow"))

I have been stuck on this for awhile

There are possibly a couple things at play.

Percentages in Smartsheet are done with decimals. .5= 50%, .75 =75%, and 1 = 100%. So when you check for the percentage you need to do the decimal.
Harvey balls are not the RGB symbol column. If you're using the Harvey ball column symbol (as you stated) then you will need to use the verbiage that comes with those symbols (not intuitive). Harvey balls use "Whole", "Half", "Quarter", "Three Quarters", and "Full"

In either case, you will want to adjust your percentages to use decimals.

User Status Change from Editor to Viewer
Has anyone had an issue where collaborators have lost their editor access to a worksheet? If so, how was it corrected? I have tried removing and resetting, clearing history cache, ensuring Publish:Read Only is OFF, etc. I could rteally use some help.
CC'ing yourself when sending email to all shared users of a sheet results in hundreds of emails cc'd to yourself
Like the title says. I wanted to send an email to all shared users of a sheet. I checked the box for 'cc myself' and it cc'd me on each individual email it sent to each user. I received hundreds of emails in seconds all with the same subject.
