Hi,
I am having some trouble with changing the ownership for workspaces between licensed users. I am an Admin and have workspaces that I now own but need to transfer to someone else to own. I don't want to transfer all my workspaces, just a few .

You'll first need to share the workspace with the new owner and you also need to transfer all the items and make them the owner. (If you're a System Admin, you can do this by bulk)

I think by doing that I am transferring all my items to another user or do I have an option to select only certain workspaces?

I did that and now my workspaces are not longer under my ownership... How can I reverse that now?

hi, yes kinda off. Had to ask the new owner all my sheets back one by one.. not a fast or efficient way to do it.
As an admin can we be allowed to pick and choose who and what workspaces we want to transfer without having to go through all this? Just a recommendation.

Glad to hear you got it fixed.
Unfortunately, there isn't a way to transfer Workspaces without first transferring all the items in it, but it's a great idea!

Is there a way to revert to the old dashboard look and feel. The new dashboards do not look good at all. There is no way of knowing if there are additional items in the widgets until you scroll over one to learn there is more to it since the vertical bar doesn't show. We have hundreds of dashboards and they will all need…
When i try to send or print the timeline view instead of showing the progression bars like they do on the screen it only send the data entered and not a graph type view to print. Is there a way to do this. I am using a mac platform if that helps.
