I have our sheet set up to send a notification to the client as their project moves through our department. In this case, for instance, the client will request something to be designed and printed, they will get an automatic email notification as the project moves into design production, in review, to print, then complete. With each notification, the footer of the email tells them why they are receiving the email "You are receiving this email because you are subscribed to a notification on sheet Design/Print with a link back to our page. The client will inadvertently click on that link, not realizing that they are actually sending a request to join our "production" sheet. How do I turn that feature off?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to remove it at the moment, but it's a great idea!

I too need to be able to remove certain links. I work for a high school and am using Smartsheet to track sports forms packet completion. There are multiple forms that need to be filled out and Smartsheet automatically sends a copy of what forms they still need to turn in (check boxes). I don't want students/parents to get confused and think that they need to create a smart sheet account to see a current status. Unfortunately my boss says unless their is a work around, I can not continue implementing Smartsheet's. If this is not a feature now, do you have a timeline as when it could be implemented?

As a possible workaround, you could maybe use the Google Forms integration or similar.
