SmartSheet Vs. Microsoft Project in Drug Discovery Pharma

I was wondering what the key differences are in the features offered by Smart Sheet vs. Microsoft project for program/project management tracking of ongoing activities? Can someone share their experience especially working in a pharma industry in drug discovery?

Hi Angel,

They are similar in some aspects and different in others. Which one that would be the best choice depends on your specific needs.

Smartsheet is much more capable when it comes to automation and making it easy to collaborate. MS Projects main strength is that it has a more robust project management feature set.

I have a Pro plan but I cannot create ANY reports. The system does not allow me to choose a folder, and consequently a sheet to create a row report and suggests an upgrade to Business or Enterprise.
