Added row in smartsheet cannot be retrieved in reports
I have a sheet with all the data I need for reports, dashboards and other summary sheet. My trouble is, whenever I add a row in the source sheet, it is not reflect in my reports. Example, I have a report with a simple criteria/filter of retrieving any row with type = PROJECT. However, the newly added row is not reflected to the report. I also tried to remove all the filters and just reflect what report can retrieve from the source sheet, and I confirmed my newly added row is not reflected.
Note: All I did differently is that I have another summary sheet that references to the source sheet. I also moved the reports to a new folder but of the same workspace. thats all. what could be the problem?

Experiencing the same problem. It seems there is a problem with smartsheet reports.

Reports seems to be the problem child of SS. Right about the time things are running smoothly, Reports has to go and act up...
