I am trying to import a zip file (28mb) and a pdf (50mb). The upload gets to about 90% then just disappears and doesn't attach. Have tried both Firefox and Edge browsers. My sheet storage is only at 2 of 50gb available. Any ideas?
Hi Greg,
Smartsheet supports attachments up to 250MB so your file sizes are well within the allowed range.
Are you using a stable high speed internet connection?
A couple things to try to narrow down a possible source of the issue:
-If you are using wifi, try switching to a wired connection
-Try using a different internet connections, such as your home network
-If another internet connection does not work, try using a different computer
-Both Firefox and Edge should work but another test would be to try Chrome
Ok i have tried different network, wired connection, different computer, Chrome....still the same thing, uploads to near completion but doesn't attach. Smaller files work fine. Any other ideas?
