Smartsheet support?

Can anyone tell me how to get support from Smartsheet? I've put in a ticket almost 2 weeks ago and have not heard a thing back yet.

Hi Mike,

I had to remove the phone number that you posted. Our live Support number is only for specific plan types.

The best way to check and see if you have access to our live Support is to sign in to your Smartsheet account and select Account > Account Admin.
