It looks ok to me (my copy), and I can see the buttons and scroll bar.

That looks weird. What happens when you scroll to the bottom?
Which browser are you using?
Andree, I can scroll to the bottom with the down arrow key, but the Cancel and Done buttons still aren't available. I'm using Chrome, the same browser I always use with Smartsheet.
What is the limit for the total number of characters in a Rich Text Widget? Was it changed recently?
