Is there really no way to stop the system from auto-emailing a report if the report is blank? Does anyone else have this issue?

At this time, there is not any logic that will stop a report from sending if it is blank. I agree this would be a useful and I will pass this feedback along to the Product team.

This feature would be extremely useful. I am sending an emailed report to senior execs at my company and they are not happy that they need to open it to see if there are any escalated issues for them to know about. If the report would only generate when records existed in it, they would be much happier.
