Account Admin/Resource management

Hello, I think something may be wrong with my account. I am trying to turn on resource management in user admin. However, I am not down as a resource viewer, even though I own our account. This is not something I can turn on either and I also cannot amend groups my users are in. Strange!

Please could someone assist me?

Hi Alec,

I looked into your account and see you are a resource manager. When you say you are trying to turn resource management on, what exactly are you trying to do? RM is turned on by default for your account but will need to be enabled on individual sheets. You should see Resource Views as a header on your Home tab.
